Notes are published here as they are written, dated, each under one rubric: ingestion, measurement, the record, verification. The feed carries them the day they appear.
What a note is, and what it is not.
A note states one property of the instrument, with its rubrics: what is measured, what is recorded, what a third party can verify. Figures are drawn from the values printed in the same note, so a reader can check the arithmetic without leaving the page. Numbers carry their date, because they expire.
Every note closes on what it does not claim. That block is the point of the surface, not a disclaimer: the reader is looking for the thing being hidden, and it is handed to him first. Corrections are appended with their date. Nothing here overwrites a published line.
New notes are published to the feed. For access to the instrument itself, the request goes to one desk and is answered personally within 24 hours.
